How a member uses it

Call the office

Join by phone, or use Sign up online on the card. Online signup creates your account, saves the address and inspection day, then takes the card. The office still confirms the visit.

Book the inspection

Use the free moisture inspection early. It is the cheapest time to find a slow leak, a wet crawlspace, or a unit that needs drying.

Call when something happens

Water, smoke, ducts, carpet, mold, or a biohazard. The member rate is already on the account. You do not have to ask for the discount.

Which plan do I want?

Residential is for the home you live in. Commercial is $99 a month for each location, whether that is one building or a portfolio. More than one address still uses Commercial, on one invoice.

What does the free inspection include?

A technician comes out on a scheduled visit, meters the areas you are worried about, and tells you what is dry and what is not. Drying equipment, demolition, and remediation are separate jobs, billed at your member rate.

Does the discount cover emergency work?

Yes. 10% on Residential and 15% on Commercial applies to AmeriClean services, including emergency calls. Say you are a StayClean member when you call so the rate is on the work order.

How does the office know who joined?

The phone call writes it down on the spot. Online signup asks for the service address and the inspection day before it takes the card. The office gets both with the payment and a member number for that location. The office still confirms the visit.

How do I add more locations later?

Use Account in the menu. Sign in with the email and password from checkout. Add homes or buildings there, then call (406) 256-9111 so the office puts them on the bill and the route.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Ten months of dues covers the year: $490 for a home, $990 for each commercial location. That is the two months free.
